Ebikura Shibuya store(えびくら）

This time, we visited the Ebikura Shibuya store.

Ebikura, who has a shop in a good location 5 minutes on foot from Shibuya station, that uses plenty of shrimp as the name suggests.

English menus are also available.

There is a ramen shop with counter seats only at the end of the stairs!!

The fragrant aroma of shrimp was already wafting from the corner in front of the shop, but when I entered the shop, the aroma of shrimp became even more fragrant and I became hungry.

I bought a meal ticket at ticket vending machine inside and waited outside the shop because the shop inside was full.

＊The stairs leading to the entrance of the shop are narrow, and it is in the way of people exiting the shop, so we recommend waiting on the load that does not get in the way of passers-by on the ground level.

When the clerk calls you, enter the store. The ramen I ordered arrived a few minutes after handing the ticket to the clerk.

I ate shrimp mixed soba on the our top selling product.

From the first bite, the flavor of the shrimp came through!!

Not only the shrimp, but also the umami peculiar to mazesoba comes later, and both flavors mix in your mouth and are super delicious!

I found shrimp oil on the desk around half eaten. I tried it with the capacity of chili oil, and it was super delicious again!

When I noticed, the noodles in the bowl were gone. When I noticed, I remembered that chasing rice was free and ordered immediately.

The little bit of hunger I felt when I finished the noodles fit the amount of rice that followed, and it was the most perfect amount.

I enjoyed it until the very end, and Ebizo’s excellent ebi mazesoba was addictive.
